Product Owner (Internal Applications) – FinTech

Up to £600 per day Outside IR35

London (Hybrid)

The Internal Product Owner would be responsible for building, prioritising and maintaining the product strategy for components of the company’s internal applications. This role involves translating roadmaps into actionable user stories, managing backlogs and collaborating with engineers to deliver high-quality software.

Key responsibilities:

• Build, prioritise and maintain the product strategy, aligning it with the overall Product vision and Business priorities.
• Responsible for the roadmap and delivery of specific components of the company’s internal applications.
• Engage with senior business and technology partners, team leaders and engineers to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Translate roadmaps into business features and epics with clear outcomes defined, creating and managing a prioritised backlog for the team.

Requirements:

• Experience in product ownership roles, ideally in a fast-growing FinTech business.
• Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum or SAFe.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to think strategically, develop product roadmaps and prioritise work effectively.
