Job Title: IT Change and Release Management
Location:
Bristol – 3 days a week on site
Job Type:
Permanent, expected to work full-time hours
Salary:
£50,000 – £60,000 per annum
Benefits:
Pension up to 15% (Non Contribution) + Discretionary bonus. 35 hours a week, relaxed work/life balance. No-one works after 5pm, Generally people get a 5% pay increase every year.
Job Duties:
- Develop and implement change and release management processes
- Coordinate and manage IT changes and releases
- Ensure successful deployment of changes and releases
- Collaborate with IT teams to plan and schedule changes
- Monitor and report on change and release activities
- Review and improve change and release processes
Required Qualifications:
- Professional certification in ITIL Change and Release Management
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT change and release management
- Proven track record of successfully managing IT changes and releases
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT change and release management processes
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions:
This role is based in Bristol. The position is full-time, and some flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate change and release activities.
The role may involve occasional travel to other locations for meetings or project-related activities.
