Head of People Opportunity!

La Fosse is currently representing a global organisation and looking for their European Head of People.

Key responsibilities: 

Across the sectors: People Partnering & Projects, HR Operations, Hiring & Onboarding, Employee Relations and HR Admin & Systems

• Partner with senior leaders across the region, offering high-level HR advice and support.

• Shape and deliver HR strategies and initiatives aligned with broader business goals.

• Drive recruitment efforts across Europe, from agency partnerships to employer branding and onboarding.

• Oversee employee relations, coaching managers and resolving complex people issues.

• Ensure HR policies and processes meet local legal requirements and best practices.

• Collaborate with payroll and legal partners to ensure smooth regional operations.

• Support the setup and optimisation of regional legal entities and HR functions.

• Lead and contribute to various HR projects across the EMEA region.

• Analyse people data, provide regular reporting, and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Ensure HR systems, tools, and workflows are efficient, accurate, and scalable.
