A fast-growing company in the iGaming sector is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join the team. This role will focus on managing relationships with key partners as the primary point of contact, as well as driving account growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with iGaming partners
- Guide new clients through the onboarding and implementation process
- Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand partnerships
- Work closely with partners to align on marketing campaigns and product integrations
Requirements:
- 3+ years of account or partnership management experience, ideally in the iGaming industry
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- Proven track record of managing B2B relationships and delivering commercial results
- Strong commerical acumen and excellent communication
