Nicole Godman

Associate Consultant

Nicole specialises in recruiting mid to senior-level positions in engineering and software development as part of the Permanent Platform Engineering team. Her focus is across both global and SME/scale-up businesses in a variety of sectors including retail, marketing, advertising, fintech, medtech, real estate, and SaaS.

After graduating from the University of Toronto with a Bachelors in Sport Sciences and a Masters in Exercise Sciences, she moved from Vancouver, Canada to London. She worked as a researcher and project manager in the sports field for three years, developing transferable skills from working with athletes to now working with business professionals. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys travelling, exploring London, and staying active.
