​Nicole transferred over from our Los Angeles office, where she previously established La Fosse’s Executive Search practice in the US. She now manages the commercial desk in London, specialising in senior sales, marketing, and communications/PR hires. Working closely with start-ups in fintech, content media, tech, e-commerce, and creative agencies, she focuses on placing permanent hires into businesses to drive brand awareness and revenue.

Prior to joining La Fosse, Nicole attended the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where she completed a degree in International Development Studies and Economics.
