She has a keen interest in the trends affecting early careers, with a particular knowledge of the challenges affecting hiring in this market. She has experience advising a range of businesses, from small scaling businesses to major organisations, with a particular focus on associate consultants looking to start their careers within the tech space. Demi graduated from the University of Essex with a degree in Creative Performance (Acting) and has worked in recruitment for seven years.
