La Fosse Associates Strengthens Executive Search and Interim Management

Fast-growth Technology, Digital and Change recruiter, La Fosse Associates, has hired three new senior consultants to further strengthen their Executive Search and Interim Management capabilities.

La Fosse works at all levels from the Board down, and by hiring Sarah Mitchell, Henry Draper and Bruce Mair, the company is building on a track record of helping clients hire great leadership teams.

Sarah Mitchell brings 10 years of experience in senior-level technology recruitment and was drawn to La Fosse’s values-led and people-centric approach.

Henry Draper brings a wealth of experience in Executive Search, deep industry knowledge and a strong global network within financial services technology.

La Fosse also welcomes Bruce Mair, who has operated at CIO level for over 20 years. With his unrivalled understanding of IT issues and the CIO agenda, Bruce will focus on “growing La Fosse’s Interim Management practice with an emphasis on the establishment of long-term partnerships.”
