High Growth Recruiter La Fosse names Andy Meikle as Non Executive Director

The appointment of Andy Meikle as Non-Executive Director, represents a further investment in La Fosse's core mission: to prove that care is an accelerant to growth.
This starts with care for the La Fosse team, so a substantial investment in the HR and L&D function is central to the firm's approach. Their L&D team has been recognised as the best in the industry (2018). Meikle will primarily be helping La Fosse to maintain this, along with a tight focus on culture, as they scale.  
More specifically, he will be helping develop a world-class offering in talent acquisition, learning, management and leadership development, employee engagement and HR. 
La Fosse leadership and management team will have the opportunity to learn from Meikle's extensive track record in driving people strategy in high-growth tech businesses. As the former Chief People Officer of JustGiving and UniDays, he is currently the COO at HelloSelf, as well as holding advisory and investment positions at several tech scale-ups.
