• MODnet Evolve – Sustain OFFICIAL and SECRET Information Communications and Technology (ICT) services in the Base and Base Overseas environments from the end of the ATLAS New Style of IT (Base) (NSOIT(B)) contract.
• New Style of Information Technology (Base) – To deliver a cost-effective and modern ‘New Style of IT’ across the Defence estate.
• Armed Forces People Programme – Aims to deliver and modernise the “Offer for the Armed Forces” and realise the agreed financial savings.
• NCA Transformation Programme – To enable the NCA to become an intelligence-led and digitally-driven organisation.
• HMCTS Reform – Modernise the infrastructure and deliver a better and more flexible service to court users; modernise and transform courts and tribunal service to increase efficiency, improve service quality and reduce the cost to the taxpayer.
• Electronic Monitoring – Implementing a new electronic monitoring system and a service for the day-to-day monitoring of subjects wearing the devices.

With an established and trusted network of Associates, LFA PS has supported critical Leadership Hires through to Junior Delivery Associates with clearance levels ranging from Security Check to Enhance Developed Vetting.

La Fosse Public Sector is supporting the delivery of various complex Transformations aiming to improve the accessibility, provision and delivery of Education across the UK.

In particular over the past 12 months we have been supporting the Department for Education on the:

• Apprenticeships Reform Programme (DFE) – To create more high-quality apprenticeships, meet the skills needs of employers and the country, to create progression for apprentices and to widen participation and social mobility in apprenticeships.

With an established and trusted network of Associates, LFA PS has supported the programme within the Technical Architecture domain, providing guidance to senior leaders on the most effective procurement routes to attract and retain specialist Architecture specialists.

Over the past 12 months we have been supporting the following Key Government Projects:

• Census & Data Collection Transformation Programme – Delivering a successful 2021 Census, researching how to make it the last of its kind and transforming the work of ONS in how we collect, process and analyse data.
• Universal Credit Programme (DWP) – Replaces six separate benefits and tax credits for working-age people, bringing together in and out of work systems into one, to make work pay.

Further to this, and in response to the Covid 19 Crisis, we have been supporting a variety of NHS organisations with specialist resources. Deployed with 48hrs, this enhanced capability has proved invaluable in their response.

La Fosse Public Sector is supporting the delivery of technology, business, and cultural transformations which will ensure the UK government fulfils future energy demands and Environmental ministerial and global promises.

Over the past 12 months we have been supporting the Department for Environment Food & Rural affairs as well as other Executive Agencies:

• Defra Unity Programme (Defra) – A multi-year programme to replace Defra ICT services.

As Energy and the Environmental sustainability become critical due to Climate Change, La Fosse continues to be a specialist recruitment partner to Energy and Environmental organisations, supporting them to deliver complex projects & programmes.

La Fosse Public Sector is supporting the delivery of technology, business, and cultural transformations to fulfil Ministerial promises ensuring adequate and appropriate housing, improving communities, and supporting Local Government to enhance front line services.

Over the past 12 months we have been supporting the following Key Government Projects:

• 1617 New Property Model Programme (CO) – Creation of the Government Property Agency (GPA), part of the ‘new property model’ for Government.

Further to this we have been supporting Homes England with key Digital hires, providing guidance to senior leaders on the most effective procurement routes to attract and retain digital specialists.

La Fosse Public Sector is supporting the delivery of organisational wide transformations to enhance the UK’s critical Transport links and Infrastructure connectivity, including the role out of the UK’s next Generation 5G Network. ​

Over the past 12 months we have been supporting the following Key Government Projects:

• High Speed Rail Programme (DFT) – A new fully integrated high-speed North-South railway.
• Heathrow Expansion Programme (DFT) – Covers the Government activities to enable delivery of a new Northwest runway at Heathrow Airport.
• Crossrail Programme (DFT) – A new high-frequency rail service which will increase rail-based capacity in London by up to 10% and cut journey times across London and the South East.

Further to this we have been supporting Transportation and Infrastructure organisations with key technology hires to enhance their IT landscape whilst providing guidance to senior leaders on the most effective procurement routes to attract and retain technology specialists.

La Fosse Public Sector is supporting the delivery of Cultural and Business Transformations to enhance Ministerial Departments, Executive Agencies and Public Bodies capability to respond to rapidly changing economics, trade and geopolitics.
