Website Manager

Fully remote

£200 per day - inside IR35

My client is the UK's leading developer and manager of retirement communities, they provide high quality home to exacting specifications. As of November 2021, they operate over 475 developments across the UK for more than 20,000 people.

They are looking for a Web Administrator/Digital Marketing Assistant to join their team and be responsible for updating the company website content, work closely with divisional marketing teams for any ongoing website support and training, deliver against SEO strategy to increase market share and performance, and help create marketing content to be used across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of the website using Sitecore.

  • Provide website CMS support and training to new divisional marketing team members.

  • Work with the Digital team and SEO agency to ensure new editorial webpages and assets are optimised and tagged correctly.

  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts and updates across the website.

  • Create and update editorial copy, offers and incentives across the website.

  • Assist on social media channels - managing online communities and comments on Facebook and Instagram, and uploading videos to the company's YouTube channel.

  • Use performance tools and reports such as Semrush, Google Analytics and Sitemorse to understand gaps in performance and measures to improve.

Key experience:

  • Day-to-day administration of a large-scale website or intranet.

  • Experience and knowledge working with responsive platform technology, CMS and/or customer experience platforms preferably Sitecore.

  • Experience in SEO and optimising website performance.

  • Managing/monitoring social media channels preferably using Falcon/Brandwatch, and writing copy.

To be successful in this role, you will need food communication an training skills to help wider team members. You must be able to work to tight deadlines without sacrificing quality, be able to work to fluctuating deadlines and deliver against multiple projects efficiently.

This role is fully remote with the occasional Team day in either London or Hatfield - all travel will be expensed.
£200 p/d inside IR35.
