About the role:
Join the In-House Digital Agency (IHDA) and provide strong creative input across the design and delivery lifecycle, ensuring human-centred design processes and guidelines are standardised, monitored and maintained across all aspects of the customer journey.
You'll co-create and manage the end-to-end customer experience for B2C and B2B products.
Implement customer-centred thinking for practical execution
Develop your leadership skills, influencing and listening to the needs of your stakeholders, driving awareness of current service performance, and informing improvement needs
Craft user journeys that align to user experience principles, delivering user interfaces that meet the latest accessibility guidelines, alongside developing and maintaining the design system;
You'll be working with an agile team of talented Customer Experience, Business Change and Technical Engineering experts.
