UX Researcher - Agile, OTT

Core to our client's strategy for engaging their audience is creating authentic, intuitive, and delightful digital products. As UX Researcher you will help the organisation develop a deep understanding of our target audiences and their behaviour, contributing to the development of engaging user experiences across their products. You will help create digital products in a multi-device environment spanning web, mobile, tablet, smart TV, OTT devices and games consoles, ensuring that our users have a best-in-class digital experience that informs and inspires.

This role will work closely with product, development, editorial, advertising and marketing teams to deliver product experiences that will place their properties ahead of market.

Key Responsibilities

  • As part of the UXD team, champion a user-centred design process and help promote a culture of customer-focused product discovery and delivery.
  • Help the organisation develop a deep understanding of our target audiences, their behaviours, needs, goals, passions and expectations.
  • Define and drive meaningful user research processes, from guerrilla testing to large-scale qualitative and quantitative studies, supporting a number of concurrent workstreams.
  • Create and document research principles and guidelines to help improve skills within the organisation, enabling colleagues to independently apply relevant research methods to uncover user insight.
  • Analyse and translate qualitative and quantitative research findings into actionable insights and user experience recommendations.
