Role: User Adoption Manager - O365/M365
Location: London (once restrictions are lifted)

Our London based financial services client is currently looking for a Business/User Adoption Lead to join them on an initial 6 month contract to assist with them delivering a significant technology change programme which includes the rollout of Microsoft 365 across the organisation of around 3,500 staff, and to leverage the benefits in new ways of working and improved IT user experience. The programme is about to start migrating users and there is a need for an Adoption Lead to work closely with the various business stakeholders to plan migration activities, support them through the change journey and to manage the tasks associated with the migration.
The Microsoft 365 services will replace several existing collaborative tools and shared folders, so you will need to build an understanding of how users work through close engagement, user stories and scenarios to help guide them to adapt ways of working. You will be responsible for a defined set of business users within a group or team and will work closely with a selection of stakeholders such as Change Champions, Records Managers and IT Coordinators to guide the business through the migration journey from start to end.
A standardised toolkit will be used to ensure consistency of approach when engaging with the business but this can be adapted where required dependant on the structure of the group/team and any specialist requirements. The role will requires initiative and a flexible approach to gather requirements from the business stakeholders, manage an aggressive plan through to delivery (with stakeholder management to be considered) and work closely with colleagues within the Microsoft 365 programme team.
The role requires an understanding of Microsoft 365 and the Teams application, in addition to experience in working in a complex and busy organisation with multiple offices spread across the world.
