Transformation Programme Director - Logistics - Northampton (can be flexible across UK as long as willing to travel) - c.£100,000 + Car + Bonus

La Fosse are partnered with a £multi-bn turnover UK leader based nr. Northampton to appoint a Programme Director to lead a logistics transformation programme underpinned by a significant business systems implementation.

The programme will sit within the business reporting in to the board. You must create and manage a programme team from internal and, where required, external resources to successfully delivery the transformation over an estimated 4 year period.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Programme Director with a proven track-record delivering large transformation programmes driven by new enterprise-wide technology solutions. Experience in Logistics, Distribution, Facilities Management, Retail, Manufacturing would be advantageous.

Ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience managing large, complex change Projects/Programmes with significant technology elements.
  • Transformation/ leadership, experience of working with multiple service integrators and experience of driving and leading multiple concurrent business/technology projects in a complex, changing business.
  • Experience delivering a logistics-focussed business transformation programme.
  • Experience building and leading high performing programme teams.
  • Possess both hands-on programme/project leadership, and c-level stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Excellent facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Innovative individual with the ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment.
  • Experience in Logistics, Distribution, Facilities Management, Retail, Manufacturing, or similar would be advantageous.
