Transformation Analyst - ERP

Transformation Analyst is required to manage all aspects of various projects including; assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project.

You are required to have held a Financial Analysis/Program Accountant role in a large complex global corporate environment as well as holding a UK Accountancy Qualification.

You will be responsible for the following areas:

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Tracking and reporting on financial performance across Technology's critical transformation portfolio
  • Tracking investment approvals and ensuring effective investment appraisals and governance
  • Analyse and produce reports including trend and predictive analysis, focussed on Technology's critical transformation portfolio
  • Facilitate change control over programme cost and savings totals
  • Support SPPM and Finance members to deliver ad hoc financial reports, analysis where needed.

Run Critical Processes

  • Alongside Finance and SPPM leads, support robust management control and decision-making across the critical transformation portfolio
  • Collaborate with the Portfolio Leads, Finance Leads and SPPM members to deliver key reporting, planning and forecasting processes providing accurate and timely future facing data on which to base decisions
  • Reconcile financial status (minimum monthly) across all systems and tools escalating where data is not aligned and finding root causes to disconnects

Other

  • Ensure that all requests are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Assess and understand the current organisation structure, roles and responsibilities
  • Identification of information gaps and resolution through fact-finding and engagement with information holders
  • Understand the businesses regulatory and audit requirements and ensure they are adhered to.
