Key responsibilities and accountabilities ● Document the As-is Operating Model for the current version of Oracle e-business suite, across IT, Finance and HR teams'
● Conduct workshops to gather input from key stakeholders on the key processes and governance to be followed for the new target platform
● Document the To-be Operating Model of operating Cloud based systems including User Support Model and Service Level Agreements for the various tiers of support
● Create a Roles and Responsibilities document detailing the key roles and their remit in relation to each of the processes and governance structures/forums outlined in the To-be operating model
● Create a RACI Matrix so that accountabilities are clear across all the relevant departments
● Document detailed processes constituting the To-be Operational Model including Swim-lane diagrams ● Work with the comms team to ensure the routes for user support are clearly described to staff Key Competencies: ● Experience of creating operating models for SaaS/ Cloud-based operations
● Proficiency in using Visio
● Good communication skills to:- ● Interact with all levels of internal and external clients. ● Listen to requirements and develop solutions that are compatible with existing processes
● Confident and strong personality with good negotiation skills
● Able to work to tight project deadlines whilst dealing with multiple tasks supporting live business requirements |
