Cyber Security Manager | £80k | Hybrid | London Area |

With the current market and economic outlook, it can be difficult to find a new job that 'fits' what you may be looking for. If you have a background in Threat Detection and Response, with demonstrable experience in managing and leading a technical team (and yourself technical), and would like to be somewhere with an established SLT while offering a clear career progression path - La Fosse may have the answer with a leading insurance organization as a Cyber Security Operations Manager!

This role will manage a team to deliver aspects of information security, including:

  • Running and managing security incidents at a team level
  • Ability to work collaboratively both with technical and non-technical stakeholders in specific regard to security related remediations
  • Infrastructure Security: Linux, Windows, Network and End-user
  • Application Security, secure design and development, OWASP
  • A strong background in people management: ability to build and maintain relationships, influencing stakeholders, and your own direct reports

Additional responsibilities:

  • Leading daily stand-ups and triaging incidents
  • Managing a number of projects
  • POC for certain supplier management (supplier communications and budgeting)
  • Clear and consistent communication with CISO

  • The successful candidate must have demonstrable leadership experience and managing a team in cyber/information security
