A Test Analyst with experience testing HR/Payroll solutions is needed to work with a leading retail client on their new HR/Payrolling system transformation. Please note this role is operating outside of IR35.
You will be working with the teams Test Lead but crucially you will have previous and demonstrable experience working on HRIS transformations and testing HR & Payroll systems - including a few of these key areas: Payroll, core HR (Record, Absence mgmt), Time and attendance, Talent and reporting and anayltics.
You will be a strong communicator and be able to operate in a high-paced, dynamic environment and due to urgency of the role be able to start ASAP (2 week max but the sooner the better).
Essential skills:
Functional knowldedge of HR systems
Testing HR & Payrolling systems (time & attendance, Talent, reporting and analytics, Core HR)
Flexibility to work in Agile, Waterfall and V-Model
Strong communication skills
