Technology Business Partner - Supply Chain (£60k - £70k) - North London - Reporting to the European CIO

We are exclusively engaged with one of Europe's leading FMCG's who are embarking on one of their largest digital and data transformations. They are in the market for a Technology Business Partner to specifically engage and deliver IT solutions into their European Supply Chain team.

This role will be reporting directly into the European CIO and will have the unique opportunity to learn and develop their technical capabilities within a new Business Partnering team.

The primary focus is to find individuals who are passionate about delivering functional technology solutions to drive business performance.

On a typical day you could be…

  • Participating in a workshop to understand and capture a specific aspect of our demand planning process
  • Writing up requirements; reviewing epics or user stories
  • Defining a data flow, or an interface to better serve a specific business problem
  • Documenting a business process with a specific value target
  • Analysing data to understand relationships between two systems
  • Collaborate with solutions teams to provide guidance on priorities and remove impediments
  • Shadowing planning teams, or visiting one of our manufacturing sites to understand business needs

You can demonstrate experience in some of the following…

  • Exposure as super user, trainer or implementation of SAP modules
  • Deep understanding of sales & operations, demand planning processes
  • Detailed understanding of transportation & logistics processes and technologies
  • Worked in a manufacturing setting with dynamic sales force and fast order lifecycle
  • Introduced measurable improvements through process & technology
  • Value driven mind-set
  • Exploration of digital technologies to drive efficiencies in Supply Chain
  • Process definition and optimisation
  • May have worked in industries: Pharma, CPG, FMCG, Retail
  • Project management foundations
