Role: Technical Trainer

Salary: Up to £60,000 + Benefits

Location: Holborn (Hybrid Working - 2 days in office required)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Write and implement training deliverables including manuals, Quick Reference Guides, FAQs and desk drop flyers
  • Create and edit training videos using Adobe Captivate
  • Deliver technology training (in person and online)
  • Manage training content in SharePoint and the LMS system (Cornerstone)
  • Liaise with the Training Team and Service Desk to identify training trends and needs
  • Transitioning of projects into the BAU training portfolio
  • Floor walking to provide deskside assistance
  • Answering end user tickets via our ITSM platform
  • Assisting in other areas of the businessSupport other members of the Technology team
  • General Technology support

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate is likely to have extensive experience of delivering IT Training and application support within a professional services firm (preferably legal but not essential).

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of delivering training and support
  • Knowledge and hands on experience with Microsoft 365 is essential
  • SharePoint 2019
  • Microsoft Teams and Zoom
  • Experience of the full training lifecycle
  • Experience creating online content and e-learning material
