Technical Support Analyst - Bury - £16,000 - £20,000 - World Renowned Organisatio

A world renowned automotive organisation is now looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join their growing Technical Support Team based in Bury. The organisation provides solutions to clients at every stage of the vehicle lifecycle, and work with some of the world's biggest car brands.

The Technical Support Team are the point of escalation for both the Customer Support Team and the Internal Operations Team. They hold responsibility for investigating / resolving issues, escalating issues to the Development team, and completing system upgrades.

To be successful, you will need to be technically strong and be comfortable facing customers/ clients.

The key responsibilities will be primarily 1st and 2nd line support focussed, which will mainly include:

  • Resolving technical issues
  • Change requests
  • Server upgrade deployments
  • Responding to customer queries
  • Work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on customer queries
