London, up to £110K per annum, Part - Remote
We are partnered with a multi award-winning team who have been expanding their online booking platform consistency over the last five years. They are the leading online booking platform in their sector and despite the Covid Pandemic, new government legislation's have meant their platform could grow and expand.
They are a member of the Financial Times' FT1000 fastest growing companies in Europe and the winner of multiple lifestyle awards.
They are seeking a hands-on Python Engineering Manager or Technical Lead to join their team in a 50/50 role which will see them scaling the team, managing a talented team of developers but also getting stuck in with the coding behind the re-launch of their new website, adding geo-features and growing their euro-dominated systems.
We are keen to speak with people who have:
- Can lead and optimise team organisational interactions such as code reviews, planning and estimation.
- Manage the other software engineers on the team.
- Have a proven track record leading technology teams in scale up/start-up environments over several years, instilling and championing positive and effective ways of working.
