Tech Lead – Ethical/Tech for Good- Hybrid/very flexible

£120,000 plus bonus and benefits

I am currently partnered exclusively with a world leading ethical service provider, who are on a mission to improve sustainability and working conditions in global supply chains.

We are looking for a technical leader to join an agile product delivery pod. You will provide both technical guidance and leadership whilst you build out their new platform. This is a hands-on role where your time will be split between leading technically and hands-on coding.

✅ Taken complete ownership of projects and technical delivery. Essentially someone who knows how to steer the ship and can prove it!

✅3 – 5 years experience of working in tech teams at a senior level, using either Kotlin or Java

✅ Experience of mentoring and coaching

✅ Strong experience of working with Agile methodologies

✅ Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, etc
