Tax Compliance Director

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, providing expert tax compliance advice and building strong relationships.
• Oversee the delivery of compliance services, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines.
• Advise on complex tax matters, including transfer pricing, R&D credits, and group reorganizations.
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Partner with other departments to identify opportunities and risks for clients.
• Contribute to business development initiatives to grow our corporate tax offerings.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience in corporate tax compliance, ideally as a Corporate Tax Director.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax laws.
• Proven leadership and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage complex assignments and deliver high-quality results.
• Professional qualifications (CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA).
