Role: Tagetik System Administrator

Location: London (hybrid working model available)

Salary: £60-70k (negotiable)

Our London based global property company is currently looking for a Financial Systems Administrator/Systems Accountant with Tagetik experience to join their finance team. The primary responsibility will be to participate in the rolling out of the Tagetik Performance Management solution across the business and the successful candidate will assist in delivering the database, data and reporting solution. The reporting solution will cover areas such as budgeting, forecasting, KPIs (financial and non financial) and other requirements through dashboards, reports and other BI solutions. You will have to combine detailed knowledge about Tagetik report writing and database design with the ability to influence senior business stakeholders to fully utilise Tagetik for business solutions.

The company consists of three distinct business lines supported by central functions. Within finance, the focus is to drive data and reporting improvements to improve decision making in the business lines whilst adding additional value through automation. You will have the ability to grow within the role as they expand the Tagetik footprint in the business and will ultimately become the 'go to' person for any Tagetik related activities.

Essential experience

  • Strong financial systems experience (Tagetik, ERP, processes and reconciliations)

  • Proven experience in working with finance, end users and IT teams

  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel.

  • Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and KPI's

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) - preferred but not critical

  • Experience in management information and reporting tools
