IT Support Technician
I am working with one of the most prestigious and historic British business’ as they are on a recruitment drive to build their IT function.
We are working with them to provide an IT Support Technician who can work with the Head of IT on some fundamental projects for the area.
This role would suit someone on their path into IT Support or someone who is keen to start within IT and learn from the ground up.
You will:
– Log issues with the IT helpdesk
– Liaise with 3rd Party vendors.
– Take part in IT projects as appropriate.
You will have:
– IT skills across a range of technologies.
– IT Service desk experience
– Customer Service/Stakeholder management skills
Salary: £24,000
Location: Birmingham/Hybrid working
