Automotive Consultancy are looking for a HR SuccessFactors Systems Lead to work closely with the People Team to deliver a HR System that represents their needs as well as work with stakeholders across the business to deliver a functional HR System. This role will report to the Head of Applications but work closely with the HR/People Team and other key stakeholders in the business.
This is a permanent role based in Warwickshire and will require occasional travel to the office.
THE ROLE
The HRIS Lead will be responsible for:
- Provide thought leadership and design insight for the SuccessFactors system, specifically SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruitment & Onboarding
- Integrate SuccessFactors modules whilst managing BAU activities.
- Be a strategic advisor to the People Team to offer insight into how they can use SuccessFactors to make their roles more efficient to recruit & onboard new employees.
- Develop a clear roadmap from inception to delivery for the HR system.
- Supporting ongoing development aligned with business requirements.
- Plan and execute short, medium, and long-term product roadmap for SuccessFactors.
- Manage a team of 3 who will also be working on improving the HR Systems for the organisation.
YOU
The ideal HRIS Lead will have prior experience of:
- Proven experience of implementing/improving SAP SuccessFactors (strategic and delivery).
- Experience of defining HR lifecycle process system support from implementation to adoption/enhancement and continuous improvement.
- Have a good understanding of end-to-end HR processes and their integration with technology solutions.
- Knowledge of best practices in HR technology and system administration.
- Have worked on projects and understand project management methodologies
- Have previously managed a small team
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
