Storage Architect

La Fosse are currently partnered with a client who are looking to recruit a Storage Architect to work with and support their Platform team.

This role is based out of the client’s London office, ideally 1 days a week on site, outside IR35 and paying up to £700 per day. This role will be for an initial 6 months, with view to extend.

Role Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and implementation experience in DELL/EMC Enterprise storage technologies such as VMAX3, UNITY, VPLEX, ECS, Data Domain, Pure Storage technologies and Veritas technologies.
• Enterprise Switches primarily Brocade and Backup technologies such as Veritas NetBackup, Data Domain, including the software Incremental Merge and Oracle RMAN
• Be able to design storage and backup solutions and support the installation, customization and integration of the solution designed from inception to completion.
• Work with Support in case of Hardware failure and troubleshoot issues with reference to EMC’s best practices and knowledge base.
