La Fosse associates are recruiting a permanent Solutions Architect to join a hospitality and retail organisation!

- Location: Fully remote, monthly visit to office with expenses paid.
- Need: A strong willed, well-rounded & pragmatic Solution Architect that can stick to tight deadlines.
- Experience Required:
- Hospitality/retail experience highly desired but not essential.
- 5+ years' experience as a Solutions Architect with an applications (COTS) background.
- 2+ years' experience managing senior level suppliers.
- B2C Experience
- Desired skillsets: Microsoft stack, Azure Dynamics, 365, Sharepoint, Financial transformations, strong communicator, ability to deal with complex issues.
- Qualification: Degree standard or equivalent, or strong practical experience, TOGAF Certified / Aware
Description:
The Solutions Architect will lead the creation of the overall business systems architecture and processes, the application of agreed development and service design principles.
The scope includes all customer facing systems (online, mobile, and on-site), plus all IT systems used by our colleagues in sites, head office, and field-based teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Translate the business requirements & complexity of IT systems into Solutions.
- Creating roadmaps for IT, Applications and services.
- Contribute to the infrastructure and Security roadmaps.
- Support the business change team and stakeholders with progress monitoring.
- Establish and agree a data model to support the operation and management of the business.
- Provide technical leadership across the organisation.
- Advance customer propositions and internal operations through Solutions Architecture. and strategic thinking; as well as being up to date with industry technology and trends.
