La Fosse have partnered with an international insurance firm to recruit a Solution Architect to play a key role in a fast-moving finance transformation programme. Working closely with senior finance stakeholders, this role will be instrumental in designing solutions that streamline finance operations, enhance regulatory compliance, and modernise data capabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing solutions to support a 5-day financial close.
• Improve regulatory frameworks and reduce manual adjustments.
• Develop a strategic finance data store for enhanced reporting and insights.
• Collaborate with the Principal EA, Portfolio Manager, Finance teams, and BAs.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, including the CFO and Head of Change (Financial Controller).

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Solution Architect with a background in finance transformation.
• Proven expertise in finance data warehousing and shared financial model solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake (essential) and finance applications
• Ability to design solutions within a CFO function and navigate complex finance environments.
• Strong stakeholder management – comfortable challenging senior leaders when needed.
