A new opening has come about with a global technology solutions company who are one of the fastest growing tech companies in the UK. They are looking for a Software Product Team Manager to drive and manage a high performing team.

As the Software Product Team Manager, you will manage of sizable team that consists of QA engineers, Developers, Scrum masters, implementation engineers and UI engineers. You will be responsible for driving and owning the product, holding sprint meetings, ensuring the team deliver objectives on time, driving change and upskilling the team.

Skills needed:

  • Must have excellent experience with agile methodologies and using agile tools and techniques throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
  • Experience leading a team of software engineers
  • Strong OO design experience
  • Excellent exposure working on large enterprise systems/ platforms
  • Strong knowledge/ experience in developing security software
