Software Engineering Manager (x2) - £100,000-£120,000 p/a - B2B SaaS client - Hybrid (London)/Remote possible

Are you looking to take the next step in your career as a Software Egineering Manager?

The client are a Data-driven B2B SaaS platform that allows organisations to visualise and capitalise on workforce/organisational data to exectue market renowned agile and organisational transformations for the likes of Deloitte, Marks & Spencer, John Lewis, HSBC and more.

Reporting into the VP Engineering, as an Engineering Manager you will be responsible for leading and developing agile software engineering teams of 8-10 engineers, working on a technically rich product (Scala, Cats, Monix, Http4s, Typescript, AWS, GraphQL). Naturally this is a hands-off role so no previous experience with this tech is necessary.

At present - the organisation stands at circa 200 people. They have tremendous financial backing, providing the stability of a well established business with FTSE/Blue Chip clientele, but also the flexibility and dynamism of a scale-up. Working pattern is hybrid with teams setting days - that said, for exceptional candidates not in a commutable distance predominantly remote models can be considered.

The interview process is just 3 stages then offer:

1) 30-45 min chat with VP Engineering

2) 1hr Systems Design challenge/problem solving round with Senior Engineering Manager

3) 1hr competency based chat discussing team dynamics/previous experiences
