Security Operations Analyst – SOC (Inside IR35)

Govt. client currently require a Security Operations Analyst with extensive experience working within a SecOps environment. It’s a hands on role, working as part of a small team; as such it will cover all aspects of working in a SOC. The successful candidate will have worked as an L1/L2 analyst within a small SOC environment previously.

Must hold valid clearance

Working night shift 5pm – 9am Mon-Sun inc Bank Holidays (2 separate 8hr shifts – 5pm-1am + 1am-9am)

Rota 4 on, 4 off

The Security Operations Analyst will have the following experience:

• Extensive SOC experience
• Excellent knowledge of infrastructure security; server, network & end-user
• End to end threat & vulnerability management
• Extensive experience with phishing
• Experienced with threat hunting and problem solving via the application of log data and identifying patterns/trends
