Position – Site Reliability Engineer
Remit – DevOps/Operations
Location – Hybrid (3 days a week on site in Oxfordshire)
Salary – Up to £70,000-80,000 DOE + benefits
Background:
La Fosse are working with a globally know hospitality business in their hunt for an Site Reliablity Engineer to join their IT Digital and Data Operations team.
Why this role?:
For those who enjoy the transformation journey, you will grow with the business as they start their exciting journey to migrate to AWS from a 3rd party cloud provider.
You will be key in communicating and working collaboratively with various stakeholders across the business, serving as the conduit between the IT partner and internal teams such as product and development.
You’d need the following for this role:
- Equivalent of 4-5 years SysAdmin experience using Linux
- Solid grasp of Azure/AWS and exposure to DevOps toolsets
- An ability to explain and understand application architecture
- Configuration and monitoring of systems using tools such as NewRelic, Splunk, Pingdom and Zabbix
