SharePoint Project Manager

Contract – 12 Months

Hybrid – 2/3 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute SharePoint projects from Proof of Concept, Pilot and Project from start to finish
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery
  • Ensure that SharePoint solutions meet business requirements and are delivered to the highest quality standards
  • Ensure file server cut off date to avoid numerous delta migrations.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
  • Manage project risks and issues
  • Measure and monitor the migration progress.

Desired Skills:

  • Microsoft 365 certificate(s), Microsoft Architect or PowerApp certificate(s), and/or other Cloud certification.
  • Strong working knowledge and proficiency with SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business usage, best-practice implementation, and administration
    Hands-on technical administration experience with one or more of the following: Office 365, Microsoft Exchange (Hybrid)/Outlook, Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, AD Connect
  • Proficient in the reading, writing, and execution of PowerShell scripts
  • Ability to work in a 100% remote environment with teammates in remote/hybrid/onsite roles
  • Experience working in hybrid/onsite roles of 2-3 days per week (mandatory).
