La Fosse is working with an international multimedia company that owns more than 600 magazines, over 400 digital products and 50 radio and TV stations - we are helping them recruit a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead a 6 month high profile ITSM Project, implementing ServiceNow across 3 territories. Phase 1 (Change Management) has already been implemented and they need to deliver Phase 2 by the end of the year.
Location: WFH - London office 2 days in a month
Contract: 6 Months + Likely extension
Remuneration: up to £600 - Outside IR35
Your role as a ServiceNow Project Manager
You will lead a ITSM Project team and driving a complex delivery against an ambitious schedule
The ServiceNow Project Manager will be developing and delivering a comprehensive, efficient and effective communications plan
As a ServiceNow Project Manager you will build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior management
Owning the success of your project, keeping management informed of any emerging concerns and escalating, as required
You will be creating and owning Project Management artefacts including Project Plans, backlogs, RAID logs, regular reports, etc.
The ServiceNow Project Manager will be accountable for establishing appropriate governance of the engagement with stakeholders to regularly review progress against plan, risks and effort consumed etc.
Identifying and planning resource requirements for your engagements and working collaboratively
Ideally to be successful as a ServiceNow Project Manager
Previous experience of delivering challenging and complex large scale ITSM projects will be essential along with excellent vendor / stakeholder management and communications skills.
You should be naturally resilient, tenacious, results-driven, with excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
Experience dealing with stakeholders in different countries is sought after
