Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (Outside IR35)

Location: Staines-upon-Thames (1 day a week)

Rate: £650-£700 per day

Role Overview:

We are partnering with a leading multinational software company who are seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for a 6-month contract. You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions while ensuring best practices and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM).
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee integrations with third-party applications and ensure system performance.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and governance policies.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications as needed.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture and module implementation (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM).
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow integrations using web services, APIs, and other tools.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, and scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript).
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and engage with business stakeholders.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) preferred.
