Service Transition Manager (M&A)

Service Transition Manager | M&A Focused | Global, Automotive

• Rate: £650-£700 per day, Outside IR35

• Location: Hybrid – Central London

• Duration: 6 month initial term

• A global automotive firm is looking for a hands-on Service Transition Manager to drive a complex, multi-phase transition as part of a business critical acquisition. You’ll need to prove you have led transition during acquisition activity, ideally in fast paced global environment. 

The Role:

• Lead the end-to-end service transition activities.

• Work closely with project teams and the business to ensure seamless adoption.

• Develop and implement the service transition strategy, ensuring governance, structure, and clear project planning.

• Manage complex integrations and transitions across multiple global locations.

Requirements:

• Experience in M&A transitions, ideally carve-out transitions.

• 10+ years in strong background in Service Design & Transition.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to challenge and drive progress.

• Operational experience is beneficial but not essential.

• A proactive, dynamic and results-driven approach.
