Service Transition/Transformation Manager - Initial 3-month Contract - London - OUTSIDE IR35

A FMCG business is seeking a Service Transition/Delivery Manager to be based from their flagship London base. The successful candidate will be overseeing the Transition of the service desk from one provider to another. Making sure the service is in full function and operation.

  • Experience of supporting the transition of service desks.
  • Great stakeholders and outsource management experience and skills.
  • Integration experience, of services to BAU
  • Extensive experience of working on commercial agreements and agreements
  • Experience of running global/enterprise scale Level 1 support functions, and with experience of Consumer systems and platforms
  • Great stake holder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including CxO level.
  • High-energy work ethic, ability to establish vision, drive change and deliver results.
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle demanding customers in a pressurised environment, and deal with conflicting priorities
  • Consistent track record of using systems thinking to deliver significant improvements, and transformation is critical experience
  • Exceptional vendor management skills, and experience of working within a managed service delivery framework
  • Relevant Service Management Framework experience and qualifications (ITIL, ISO2000, Cobit etc)
  • Proven large scale leadership capabilities with large teams across multiple locations and with experience of offshore resources
  • Excellent relationship management skills and strong, persuasive communicator
  • Strong man-management skills
  • Excellent knowledge and consistent track record of the delivery of extraordinary customer service.
  • Comprehensive Risk and Governance knowledge.
  • Good appreciation of technology landscape used in the delivery of IT Consumer Systems
  • Service, project and results-orientation, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
