A Service Support Manager is required and will be responsible for managing the primary Service Desk & technical support functions with overall responsibility for the delivery of excellent customer service in first and second line support functions. in a recently established department.

Must have experience in working in, and managing a diverse, fast paced technical service support operation and can help evolve the service function.

- Responsible for managing the Application Support, Service Desk and Major Incident Management teams

- Responsible for delivery of service to customers within SLA, primarily in terms of incident Response & Resolution times

- Responsible for managing and developing the Service Support function

- Management of a busy client support desk and first and second line resolution, including all incident and problem management, and management of escalations into customers and 3rd parties

- Implement and manage ITIL based service support processes in relation to event, incident and problem management

- Adopt a culture of continuous improvement in relation to process and delivery of support services
