Position: Service Operations Manager (EUS Manager)

Location: London

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 (plus bonus & benefits)

I'm currently working with a leading multinational law firm, who is actively seeking a Service Operations Manager.

Reporting into the Head of Service, the Service Operations Manager is a new role for the organisation and will accountable for leading the End-User Support teams (approx. 25 FTE) for the organisation; including 1st and 2nd Line Support, VIP/Partner Support, Deskside Support, and Telecoms Support.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Leadership of multi-disciplined end-user support teams - including recruitment, development, appraisals, etc.
  • Strategically minded with a finger on the pulse of all things innovative in the world of end-user computing/service delivery (cloud-services, automation, self-service, agile working, etc.)
  • ITIL certified - adept at maturing and developing IT Service Management processes
  • Experience managing operational budget
  • Demonstrable experience in a Senior Operations leadership role for a large corporate or professional services firm
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, up to exec-level
  • IT Vendor/Supplier Management
  • Proficient MI report writing and presentations skills
