Service Manager 

I am working with a market leading professional services business who are looking to improve their Service Management offering globally. This role lends its hand to Service design, Service Transition and Change Management and the incumbent will be responsible for delivering programmes to improve all of these remits. 

If you’re a strong all round Service Management professional and have a real passion to make global change then this is the role for you!

 

I am looking for:

– Overall Service Lifecycle experience (Service Design, Service Transition & Change Management) 

– Change Management experience (Change management database) Detailed Change Management process experience, working with CAB.

– People Management experience (managing a team of 2 globally)

 

Location: Birmingham (3 days a week initially) 

Salary: Up to £60,000
