Service Manager (Incident and Change) - Peterborough - Initial 6 Months
Our Peterborough based client is looking for a Service Manager for an initial 6 Months contract. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of incident and problem management process and hold the ability to articulate this to the business. They will also have a Service Management background, strong change experience and have managed teams of up to 5 people.
