Principal, Service Integration

La fosse are currently partnered with a leading UK-based bank who are seeking a principal service integration (SIAM) who will work with the framework, internal IT teams, external vendors, and suppliers to govern, assure and manager the IT service provider ecosystem.

The position is a two-year fixed term contract, starting at 85K per annum. Based in London, Canary Wharf, the Principal, Service Integration would be working ten days per month on the company site.

The ideal Principal, Service Integration candidate has the following experience:

  • ITIL accredited
  • Experience of managing third party delivered services
  • Extensive experience of Continual Service Improvement
  • Analytical and reporting skills
  • Building relationships with supplies and internal customers with organisation and people empathy

Key responsibilities include:

  • Continual improvement and user first culture operating model as well as on-boarding and training.
  • Work with the ecosystem partner to provide backlog and strategy for SIAM Service Now - automation, performance, reporting and service improvement of the ecosystem
  • Track and Reports CSI's across providers
  • Lead the SIAM tower and mentor the team whilst coordinating day to day responsibilities
