Service Improvement Manager - Manchester

An award winning organisation based in the centre of Manchester are currently recruiting for a Service Improvement Manager and specifically someone who can help install ITIL processes into the organisation. The SIM will work alongside the Head of Service and Operations to mature the service function and hold ownership for all Service Transition, Improvement, Incident and Problem Management and Service Desk responsibilities.

Skills and Responsibilities:

  • ITIL Certified
  • Experience of maturing a service function is desirable
  • Experience working in the retail sector is desirable
  • Experience of managing a Service Desk is essential
  • Experience of holding full responsibility for Service elements stated above
  • The SIM will have to be flexible in the early stages of the role and turn their hand to most tasks.
