One of the world's best known and luxurious department stores are looking for a Service Desk Team Lead to join their Front Office Team. This team spans all of their sites and provides technical advice to over 4,000 users across a variety of technologies.

You will be responsible for leading the Service Desk ensuring all activities are completed in line with the set standards. You will train and coach the Service Desk team whilst also delivering first class support to all stakeholders including VIPs.


  • Build lasting relationships across IT and the wider business
  • Previous experience working on a Service Desk with a retail company
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework
