Currently we are recruiting for a Service Desk Team Lead to join a growing IT team for a large property organisation in central London.
Role: Service Desk Team Lead
Location: London
Salary: £20,000 - £28,000
Customer Service is the key aspect of the role. We are looking for someone who is friendly & approachable who will deliver 1st class customer service within an ITIL environment.
The Role:
- Lead the Service Desk Team
- Assess, prioritise and categorise incidents and requests
- Provide initial support and escalate where appropriate
- Liaise with 3rd party support services
- Ensure a high standard for the Service Desk in accordance with ITIL best practice
- Maintain documentation
- Suggest innovative ways of improving the support function
Required Skills:
- An understanding of cloud technologies (particularly Office 365)
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for customer service
- Understanding of ITIL framework
