La Fosse Associates are currently working with a large tech firm based in Manchester, who are looking for a permanant Service Desk Analyst.

The role is working with a well known Managed Service Provider for one of the UK's biggest Sports industry companies.

This is NOT a remote position, based 5 days in the office in Manchester, and the salary is £27,000.

The successful candidate will need 1st / 2nd Line support experience, and the candidate will need to be clear and fluent English speaking

The required skillsets are Microsoft/Active Directory/Exchange with experience of using a Helpdesk ITSM platform (ServiceNow).
