Service Desk Analyst - 3-month Temp to

Perm Opportunity- Beckenham

A Housing Association based in Beckenham are looking for a Service Desk Analyst initial 3-month contract. They need experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will answer calls that come directly to the IT Service Desk from internal and external Customers dealing with them in a professional and courteous manner.

The successful candidate will then move into the Team on a Permanent basis

Requirements:

  • Ensure support calls are logged, updated and followed through to resolution on the helpdesk system.
  • Experience of support windows environments
  • Account resetting, Password resets
  • At least 1-year experience of 1st and 2nd line support in windows environment
  • Windows 10 Support
  • Resolve support incidents on the network, VOIP phones, servers, workstations, printers & mobile devices.
  • To escalate more complex calls to the relevant IT Support member
  • Administration of Active Directory Users and Computers
  • Set-up new starters on the system
  • Carry out day to day maintenance, administration and support on all computer systems as per the daily operations check list.
  • Email server mailbox maintenance including archiving
  • Strong network configuring experience and active directory
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting
